La bodega de la Familia Adrover pertenece a Don Sebastián y familia. Su hija, la enóloga María Marta, y su esposo Adrián se encargan de la elaboración y el cuidado de los vinos. Su hijo, Sebastián Antonio, a pesar de cumplir otras funciones, siempre encuentra tiempo para ayudar en la bodega. Nelida Martha, esposa de Don Sebastián, no solo ayuda en la cosecha, es también la analista de clientes de la familia y la persona que diligentemente pone los libros en orden. Una bodega realmente familiar.
Por muchos años, Don Sebastián ha sido propietario de la finca "Los Horneros" de 50 hectáreas en Ugarteche, Lujan de Cuyo (1,200 mts. sobre el nivel del mar) y cuando su hija, Maria Marta, se recibió de enóloga ambos decidieron que el año 2000 era el año propicio para embarcar en un plan de producción de vinos alta de calidad.

The winery of the Adrover Family belongs to Don Sebastian and family. His daughter, the enologist Maria Marta, and her husband Adrian works in the elaboration and the care of wines. His son, Sebastián Antonio, in spite of he does other functions, always finds time to help in the wine cellar. Nelida Martha, Don Sebastian´s, wife helps in the vintage and also is the analyst of clients and the person who carefully puts books in order.
